  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Fan HQ Store ships merchandise to the United States and Canada.  Shipments for in-stock items are typically sent within 2 business days of orders being placed.

    We ship through the United States Postal Service using either 1st Class, Priority, or International Priority shipping for a flat rate of $5.99 per order for US shipments and $19.99 for Canadian shipments.  Other carriers (ex. FedEx) may be used when necessary.

    Each order ships with Delivery Confirmation.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to recipient when a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Fan HQ Store is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Fan HQ Store charges 7.275% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • Fan HQ Store accepts customer returns of apparel items within 30 days of purchase.  The items must be in new condition with all manufacturer's tags intact.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.

    Please include billing receipt as well as the credit card number you'd like us to apply the credit to, and send the returns to:

    If we made an error with your order or shipped a defective product, please contact customer service and we will send a replacement along with pre-paid shipping for you to return the defective or error item.

    Fan HQ Store does not accept returns of autographed, collectible or memorabilia items.
